When Garrett Spurgeon returns to Ohio this week, he and his West Virginia teammates hope to come full circle. The eight-time All-American, considered one of the best shooters in the nation, helped the Mountaineers win their first of three consecutive NCAA team rifle championships in Columbus as a true freshman in 2013.
