CHICAGO, Ill. — The University of Akron women's tennis team claimed another nail biting 4-3 victory this weekend, this time over Illinois-Chicago on Saturday afternoon at the XS Tennis Center.
"Today was definitely a tale of two matches for us," head coach Brandon Padget said. "Doubles was difficult to watch, with the exception of Martina and Luisa's match. We continue to dictate play within the points, but are struggling with making the right decisions at crucial times."
