The transfer portal officially closed Friday night with 3,234 athletes recorded by On3 Sports. Among those were 21 Arkansas natives seeking new homes. Yet, only one is heading to Fayetteville.
After he was offered a walk-on spot at Arkansas out of Warren High, offensive tackle Terence Roberson essentially chose the development route and accepted a scholarship to play for DII Ouachita Baptist instead. Now, two years later, he’ll trade the Tigers for Razorbacks, realizing his high school dream.
“People would call and they offered [Roberson],” Roberson’s high school coach Bo Hembree told Fox 16’s Josh Berrian.
