Our women's first team have been hard at work at the Sobha Realty Training Centre to get ready for Wednesday's Subway Women's League Cup semi-final at home to Manchester United.
It's a 7pm kick-off at Mangata Developments Stadium in Borehamwood and, ahead of the game, the players have been put through their paces in the gym and out on the training pitches.
