The Baltimore Ravens are already building themselves a formidable coaching staff. After hiring new head coach Jesse Minter in January, the 42-year-old had his work cut out for him. He still does. However, not even a month into his tenure, he has brought in an impressive cast of coaches.
It feels like every coaching hire Minter has made thus far has been a hit. The team’s offensive and defensive coordinators, Declan Doyle and Anthony Weaver, are rising stars on the coaching front, and the hiring of offensive line coach Dwayne Ledford has fans excited, too.
