Of all the teams in the Big 12, Oklahoma State has seen the highest highs and possibly the lowest of lows (not counting Kansas).
The Cowboys (5-3, 2-3 Big 12) first cracked the AP Top 25 poll at No. 24 after a 2-0 start. Oklahoma State validated its ranking with a 44-21 thumping of then No. 17 Boise State.
Then ranked at No. 15 following the win, Oklahoma State fell to Texas Tech at home for the first time since 2001 for the first loss of the season.
