Baylor baseball fell to Texas on Saturday and Sunday in Austin after dropping the series opener as the Longhorns completed the sweep.

The Bears (14-16, 3-9) struggled on offense, scoring just one run over a two day span in Austin.

On Saturday, sophomore starting pitcher Cody Bradford took the mound for the Bears, but gave up a solo home run in the first inning to give the Longhorns a 1-0 lead.

In the top of the third inning, the sophomore first basemen Andy Thomas stepped to the plate with two outs and the bases loaded, but he grounded out to second to end the inning.
