Baylor has flipped 4-star Florida commit, Tyquan Thornton, to their 2018 class. He joins Princeton Pines as the second commitment of the weekend.
Thornton is a big addition for the Bears. He’s extremely quick and had a host of offers. Florida, Georgia, UCF and Miami wanted him. The Bears grabbed him.
Baylor now has the No. 25 class on 247. That’s amazing for a staff coming off a 1-11 season.
There’s a lot to sell about Baylor, and Matt Rhule and his staff have a vision. In the next few days, they’ll hope to continue their momentum with a slew of big commitments.
