Today is (early) national signing day for football. The vast majority of recruits will sign on this early day as opposed to waiting until February. The norm over the past few years is for teams to sign 75-80% of their guys on early signing day and then target a few afterwards. Usually the only guys who wait until February are top level national recruits who can afford to wait and still have a spot and late risers who bet on themselves to earn more offers.
Heading into signing day, Baylor is sitting at 17 commits and should expect to sign all of them except for maybe one or two.
