Baylor was upset at home for the second time in two weeks, with a stunning 17-10 loss to UTSA.
Head coach Matt Rhule said there are some issues that are happening that are his fault.
"Obviously, like anything else, we have a lot of work to do. We have to become a good football team. Before you can think about winning, you have to play winning football. To have to call time-outs because of substitution issues, to have as many penalties as we did -- I think we had the ball in the red zone a couple of times and couldn't score.
