Baylor's Tyson Jolly expected to transfer

Jolly was a three-star recruit, and third ranked player overall from the state of Oklahoma. Originally recruited to the University of California, Jolly joined the Bears after his release in 2016.

Jolly let Bears fans know via Instagram of his transfer intentions.

Jolly redshirted his freshman year for the Bears, but struggled to make Scott Drew's rotation this season. Jolly played in 20 games for the Bears for a total of 178 minutes. Jolly was a career 9-43 (20.9 percent) for the Bears.

Baylor currently has 10 scheduled scholarships for next season in Lindsey, Makai Mason, McClure, Darius Allen (Junior College transfer), Tristan Clark, Mario Kegler, Mark Vital, Matthew Mayer, Flo Thamba and Ibrahim Ali.
