While we sit the middle of another college football offseason, SportsDay is reviewing the most recent recruiting classes for our local schools.
Here is a look at the Baylor Bears' 2017 signees.
Best in class: Charlie Brewer, QB
Brewer did not get his first start until Week 9 vs. Kansas, but he still led the Bears in all major passing categories. Brewer was first in passing yards (1, 562), first in touchdown passes (11), and first in completion percentage (68.1 percent). With a slight adjustment to fixing mental errors made as a freshman, the Bears may have found their quarterback of the future.
