In the wake of some massive news, the Buffalo Bills now have to set out to replace former head coach Sean McDermott. Of course, the team announced it had fired McDermott just days after their heartbreaking loss in the AFC's Divisional Round.
After a move that stunned the locker room, it won't be easy to find someone who can come in and earn as much trust and respect as the team had for McDermott. But, maybe the Bills get creative in their head coaching search in order to find someone who may already have built some trust.
In conjunction with the news that Buffalo has requested to interview their former offensive coordinator, Brian Daboll, another bit of news broke that officially has the team interviewing the man currently in that role.
