BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo's swimming and diving team had their first meet of the season on Saturday against the Cornell Bears. The event was a non-scoring meet, but Buffalo proved an impressive showing in both the pool and the diving well.
Buffalo dominated in the swimming pool, placing first in 23 of 28 swimming events. Buffalo placed first and second in the women's 200 Medley Relay. Maddy Jacumski, Anna Vitolins, Sarah Baxter, and Megan Burns took away first place with a time of 1:45.
