Ryans: 'C.J. is our guy' after quarterback's disastrous playoff performance

Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud lost his third straight divisonal-round game Sunday in a disastrous 28-16 loss at the New England Patriots. He didn't lose the faith of the Houston Texans head coach in the process, however.

Stroud threw four first-half interceptions in Sunday's loss on a cold, snowy afternoon, with his ugly performance ending Houston's season in the divisional round for the third straight year. Stroud became just the second quarterback this century Sunday to throw four interceptions in one half of a playoff game. Many of his 212 yards came in the final minutes with the game already decided, a statistical masking in perhaps the worst game of his professional career.
