LOS ANGELES – When a draft begins, it’s impossible to predict how it’ll unfold.
That’s something the Clippers know well, entering this year’s NBA Draft without a pick and leaving with Michigan State’s Branden Dawson in the second round. If it’s tough to forecast on the night of a draft, it’s much tougher to do so almost a year before it begins.
“In fact, NBA scouts have already been out in full force this summer at various camps and international tournaments getting a gauge on the 2016 class,” ESPN draft expert Chad Ford said.
With that in mind, Ford created his Way Too Early Mock Draft, projecting where each team will fall in the draft and what each team would do with its pick.
