HAMMOND, La. -- In a game that featured just five combined hits, ULM dropped a 2-0 decision Friday night to Southeastern Louisiana at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field.
Despite earning a no decision, ULM starter Brayden Bouchey was strong on the bump as he pitched into the sixth inning and kept the Lions off of the scoreboard while striking out a career-best eight batter.
Over the course of the first three innings, neither team managed a hit. The two squads combined to just strand one runner on base over the course of the first third of the game.
