The UFC lightweight star from Liverpool, England, doesn’t really need any prompting to start a steady stream of attacks in his trademark, self-described “Scouser accent” — something veteran opponent Justin Gaethje is learning this week.
“He won’t physically be the same after this fight,” Pimblett said of Gaethje during a news conference at the UFC’s Meta Apex facility. “I will. I will be exactly the same. I’m going to put a beatdown on him like he’s never received and I can promise you that.
