Nikita Krylov once put a former thoroughbred out to pasture.
“The Miner” took care of three-time Ultimate Fighting Championship title challenger Alexander Gustafsson with punches in the first round of their UFC Fight Night 208 light heavyweight showcase on July 23, 2022 at the O2 Arena in London. Gustafsson succumbed to blows 67 seconds into Round 1, suffering the worst loss of his 26-bout career. The Swede was later released by the promotion, and while not officially retired, he has yet to fight since.
The notoriously aggressive Krylov stepped forward behind a knee up the middle and decked the Allstars Training Center cornerstone with a clubbing right hand over the top.
