Well, everyone thought the offensive coordinator search was going badly for the Philadelphia Eagles. Their current coaching staff just lost someone to the worst team possible.
NFL insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported the Dallas Cowboys are set to hire Eagles secondary coach and passing game coordinator Christian Parker as their new defensive coordinator. Parker had been interviewing with several teams for their defensive coordinator roles.
It is not a surprise, as Parker has been a popular name to watch after his work in making two 2024 draft picks, Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean, into All-Pros for the first time in 2025.
