– Good feel for timing routes, throws with anticipation
– Maintains composure when edge rushers collapse pocket, comfortable stepping up away from pressure
– Able to go through progressions and read the entire field when provided adequate protection
– Throws a catchable football, doesn’t make his receivers do too much work
– Decent deep ball with a lot of touch
– Not afraid to throw over the middle of the field
– Athletic enough to scramble and pick up a few yards when plays break down

THE BAD
– Willing to put the ball in harm’s way, too many turnover-worthy throws
– Doesn’t do well with pressure in his face
– Not a lot of arm strength, doesn’t have the velocity to squeeze balls into tight windows against tight coverage
– Will still try to force difficult throws down the field with pass rushers closing in
– Limited athletic upside
– Not especially old, but will turn 24 late in rookie season
– Mechanics start to falter when dealing with pressure up the middle, will slide or step away from pressure while throwing
– Struggles when defenses disguise coverages well, especially with safeties
– Occasionally locks into pre-snap read even when it’s not open
– Played in 55 games across six years in college, 39 coming from 2020-2024 with Georgia and 16 in 2025 with Miami
– Part of Georgia team that won the National Championship in back-to-back years in 2021 and 2022
– Completed 966 of 1,390 total attempts (69.
