As you might imagine from a player whose career has been more or less rocked by injuries, Chris Schuler’s move back to Real Salt Lake is one that marks a new high point in the player’s career.
That move was made official today by Real Salt Lake, and in a club-issued press release Chris Schuler offered his perspective on his career since the start of 2015.
It's been a crazy 18 months. I had a knee surgery, a foot surgery, was unemployed, signed with the Monarchs and yesterday finally earned another RSL contract. None of this would have been possible without the support of my family, friends, teammates and the entire Real Salt Lake organization.
