Raúl Ruidíaz recently contracted Covid-19 for a second time, the Seattle Sounders forward told his Instagram followers on Friday. Unlike Ruidíaz’s first bout with coronavirus in which he was reportedly asymptomatic and recovered well enough to have a goal and an assist in his first game back, this time he was hit “hard.”
“I had Covid for two weeks — the whole family — and we had all the symptoms,” Ruidíaz said in Spanish. “I was the one with the most severe symptoms; I was hit the hardest. But now I’m fine, thank God.
