SMU received some great late night news on Wednesday.

Around 11 p.m. standard time, Fort Bend Ridge Point defensive back Ar'mani Johnson took to Twitter to announce his verbal commitment to the Mustangs.

Johnson committed to SMU over offers from McNeese State and UTSA. He was also receiving interest from a number of other programs.
