SMU continues to find hidden gems across the state.
On Sunday night, the Mustangs picked up a verbal commitment from three-star George Ranch defensive end Toby Ndukwe.
He announced his verbal pledge on Twitter.

Ndukwe committed to SMU over offers from Bowling Green, Colorado State, Louisiana-Monroe and North Texas.
At 6-foot-2, 215 pounds, Ndukwe is ranked as the No. 60 weak-side defensive end and No. 191 overall prospect in the state, according to 247Sports.
