No. 14 SMU could clinch at least a share of the American Athletic Conference regular-season title with a win Thursday.
The Mustangs host Tulsa (14-14, 8-8 AAC) at 7 p.m. at Moody Coliseum. SMU (25-4, 14-1) enters the game with a one-game edge over Cincinnati with two games to play.
SMU won the first meeting with Tulsa 76-53. The Mustangs moved into sole possession of the AAC lead with Cincinnati's loss to Central Florida on Sunday.
SMU coach Tim Jankovich said that didn't change the team's approach.
