The case originates from an in-competition drug test conducted on November 16, 2025 during the Billie Jean King Cup play-offs in Varazdin, where Fett was representing Croatia on home soil. Three prohibited substances were detected in her sample: SARM Ostarine (S-22), a metabolite of LGD-4033, and metabolites of GW501516.
