'Colossal' transfer OL visiting Texas as questions still linger up front

Steve Sarkisian and Co. have been absolutely killing it in the transfer portal this season, but they still need to add another offensive lineman or two before the 2026 season gets here.

The Longhorns have already added former Oregon State OG Dylan Sikorski, former Texas A&M OT Jonte Newman, and former Wake Forest OT Melvin Siani since January 2nd. Though there's a chance that two of those players could start and be effective for Texas in 2026 (Sikorski and Siani), they still need to add more depth.

The offensive line only has 14 total players in the room right now, and that's most likely why the team has reached out to Georgia's Jamal Meriweather.
