TOLEDO, Ohio – Six members of the Toledo women's tennis team earned a spot on the Academic All-MAC team, the conference announced on Thursday. For the second-straight season, the Rockets led all Mid-American Conference programs with the most honorees, along with Ball State and Buffalo.
Julia Kuszynski led the Rockets with a perfect 4.00 GPA to earn her second Academic All-MAC honor, along with Cassie Alcala and Shalini Tallamraju. Laura Morera and Sloane Teske were honored for the third-consecutive season. Additionally, Alcala, Kuszynski, Tallamraju and Mariona Perez added College Sports Communicators (CSC) 2023 Academic All-District Women's Tennis Team accolades to their academic accomplishments this season.
