City police report that at around 11:10 p.m., Tamango L. Housley, 24, left the southbound I-91 at Exit One and proceeded westbound on North Frontage Road. As he drove his black Honda Accord through the Church Street intersection, he lost control of the car and collided with a concrete barrier on the shoulder of the road.
Crash investigators want to speak to the driver of the vehicle that was moving to the left of Housley’s vehicle. Witnesses and vehicle passengers are asked to contact New Haven Police at 203-946-6316.
