CINCINNATI – Xavier head volleyball coach Christy Pfeffenberger has announced the hiring of Amber Miehlke as an assistant volleyball coach. Miehlke joins the Musketeers after a one-year stint at Appalachian State.
"I'm thrilled that Amber has joined our volleyball staff," said Pfeffenberger. "Her passion for the game shows in her coaching. She is a great fit for our staff and our program.
"Amber has a bright future ahead of her. She is an example of hard work and commitment paying off."
During the 2015 season at Appalachian State, Miehlke helped the Mountaineers post a 22-8 overall record with a 13-3 mark in Sun Belt action.
