OXFORD, Ohio - Xavier swimming closed out its first weekend of duals at Miami (Ohio), winning eight events against the Redhawks. Xavier returns to the pool on Friday against Bowling Green in its first home meet of 2016-17.
- The Musketeers opened the meet with a second place finish in the 200 medley relay.
- Caroline Gaertner took the top spot in the 100 fly and the 100 back, and had a strong showing in the 200 back, taking second.
- The Musketeer women fell by a final score of 180-82.
