Xavier draws with Bradley in 6th annual 'Devin's Game'

With the ball at her feet, Devin Fleming dashed from midfield to the near sideline at the XU Soccer Complex.

Hundreds in attendance welcomed her to the foot of the venue's grandstand, cheering and clapping.

It's tradition that Devin's Game, the annual Xavier men's soccer match named for head coach Andy Fleming's daughter and played for the benefit of the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati's Annual Buddy Walk, is christened in this way.

Devin Fleming, who was born in 2011 with Down Syndrome, made the heroic romp across the field Saturday night to announce the arrival of the sixth annual Devin's Game-Down Syndrome Awareness Classic, which saw Xavier host Bradley University in the final game of the spring season for the Musketeers.
