Xavier men's basketball's much-anticipated and highly ranked 2017 recruiting class grew Sunday with the addition of a three-star junior college prospect.
Brady Ernst, a 6-foot-10, 230-pound forward, announced his commitment to Xavier via Twitter.
With three seasons of eligibility remaining, Ernst joins a class that now numbers six players and is ranked the No. 9 class nationally, according to 24/7 Sports composite rankings.
"I'd like to announce that I have decided to end my recruitment. I wanna thank every school and coach that has taken the time to reach out to me," Ernst wrote in a statement tweeted from his personal account.
